I feel really fortunate. Always receiving things I don't ask for. First it was the crumpler bag. Now it's a free ipod from my brother that he won. Sometimes I find it amazing. I don't really have to go after such things or even think about having them. If they are stuff God wants to bless me with, it just comes.
Sometimes we might feel that God's trying to play hard with us. We ask for things to happen, things to fall from sky but sometimes He just won't make them happen. Surely we should know His foolishness is greater than our limited wisdom. He really does know what is good for us. If he's so willing to drop bonus items from the sky for me, surely he's willing to give us the best. Just that sometimes, what we want Him to give us are not the best for us, therefore He doesn't give yet.
After you read this post you might go: yeah yeah I know...I've read this stuff from emails. But think again...do we really know this stuff when we are desperate for something? Took me many experiences in life to really learn that He really does give us the best, even when things seem screwy.
To ppl who might wanna buy me something: Haha don't all chiong for fragrances and wallet...I don't want to have to choose between 20different types. Actually don't need buy lah I write for fun one. But the drum not write for fun lah! I really somehow need one in my house. My teacher's killing me for my lack of practice cuz I have no drumset at home. So...*ahem* ya know what to do! Heh heh heh! Kiddin! Best is don't buy anything for me. Because that way, the only gift I can expect from you is that you will stay by my side, be my friend, be a good support in my down times. That's more than enough for me. I don't wanna die remembering your gift collecting dust in my cupboard. I wanna die remembering how you've brighten me up when I was still alive =)
